  • So that the SNCR system can be ideally designed, MAZUR Energie- und Umwelttechnik has various SNCR test systems.

  • Different reducing agents and different injection points can be tested.

  • Our test systems are available at short notice and can be used worldwide.

  • Selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) is a secondary process for flue gas denitrification.

  • Ammonia (NH3) or urea converts gaseous nitrogen oxides (NOx) to water vapor and nitrogen at temperatures from 850 ° C to 1,050 ° C.

  • This technology is often used in power plants (biomass or coal), cement plants and waste incineration plants. Reduction rates of 80-90% are possible.

  • Together with the customer, MAZUR experts put the system into operation on site, train the customer personnel on site and take over the “fine tuning” of the system.
